Your Right to Return or Exchange

Under Saudi law, consumers have a right to return or exchange a product within 7 days of receipt without stating a reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Order Detail

Go to your order details. You will see the Exchange and Return button if they are available for this product.

Step 2: Create Request

Click the Return or Exchange button to create a new request.

Step 3: Select Reason

Select the reason why you are returning or exchanging the product. You can also add photos if needed (optional).

Step 4: Initiate Request

For Exchange: Select the new size you want. If there's a price difference, you'll be asked to pay the extra amount. The exchange request will be created.

Step 5: Condition Check

Your product must be in good condition - unused, undamaged, and with original tags. The item will be verified for quality.

Step 6: Handover & Completion

The product will be handed over to delivery for processing. After quality verification, your refund will be processed or exchange will be completed accordingly.

Exceptions

Returns are not permitted for custom-made products or for hygienic reasons (underwear, cosmetics), unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your account within a maximum of 15 days from the date we receive and inspect your returned item.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, once the returned item is received and approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange and cover any associated shipping costs.
