Shipping Policies

Estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout. In accordance with Saudi E-Commerce Law, if a shipment is delayed for more than 15 days beyond the agreed date, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.

We currently ship to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For international shipping, please contact customer support.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
