Return & Refund Details

You can return most items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. After 14 days, returns are not accepted.

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made products, hygienic items (underwear, swimwear), and items without original tags. Items showing signs of wear or damage may also be refused.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 15 business days.

For exchanges, once the returned item is received and approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly. Exchanges typically take 3-5 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a return or replacement and cover all associated shipping costs at no charge to you.
